Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products as food items, we do not accept returns in principle.
However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange an exchange or take appropriate action.
In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
If the item delivered differs from what you ordered, or if it was damaged during transit, we will handle the matter according to the same conditions above.
Please ensure that your order details are correct before finalising your purchase.

Return Shipping Costs
If the product is defective, we will bear the cost of return shipping.
If the return or exchange is due to personal preference or customer error, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
