In October 2025, "Fermented Food and Craft Drink Kuran" will open at AEON Mall Sendai Kamiseugi as a sister brand of SENDAI STATION BREWERY Fermenteria!

 

We are looking for team members to help build this new food and beverage brand, brought to you by the Fermenteria team.

 

Concept
A second home, recreating the "main house of a sake brewery."
A comfortable space in the residential area of Uesugi where you can say "I'm home."

A fermented food and cafe that offers a "space" that supports daily life, where you can improve your mind and body through fermented foods.
We aim to create a place like "home" where you can always feel relaxed, whether it's for lunch, cafe, dinner, or a drink on the way home.

Evening: Enjoying fermentation x craft at night / Fermented snacks and a craft drink
