In October 2025, "Kuran: Fermented Foods & Craft Drinks," a sister brand of SENDAI STATION BREWERY Fermenteria, opened at AEON MALL Sendai Kamimugi!

 

We are looking for team members to help build this new food and beverage brand, created by the Fermenteria team.

 

Concept
A second home, recreating the "main house of a sake brewery."
A comfortable space in the Kamimugi residential area where you can say "I'm home."

A fermented foods restaurant and cafe that promotes physical and mental wellness through fermented foods and offers a "space" that fits into your daily life.
From lunch and cafe visits to dinner and a drink on your way home, we aim to be a "home" where you can always feel at ease.

　

Daytime: Fermented dishes to nourish body and mind / Balancing your daily rhythm with fermentation

Evening: Fermentation × Craft for the evening / Fermented snacks and a craft drink
