About Delivery Date and Time Specification
- Refrigerated/Frozen Cool Delivery: You can specify the delivery date and time.
- Mailbox Delivery (Sake Rice Risotto only): You cannot specify the delivery date and time. Shipments will be made within 1-2 business days.
※If you order Sake Rice Risotto and refrigerated products in the same cart, selecting "Combine with refrigerated products" will result in shipment via refrigerated cool delivery, and you will be able to specify the date and time.
About Shipping
- Orders placed by 14:30 on the selected shipping date will be shipped on the same day; orders placed after that time will be shipped the next day.
- You can specify the delivery date and time on the cart page (if picking up at the store, please enter your来店 date and time).
About Receipts
No items indicating the amount will be included with the product. You can download your receipt from the order completion screen and your order confirmation email.
